It's been a long time coming folks, but the state of legitimate street style photography is finally being outed for the public posturing that it's become. "Take My Picture" is a short film produced by Garage Magazine and features fashion veteran Tim Blanks providing commentary on the rise of street style and how it's ballooned into the monster it is today. Tommy Ton, along with a bevy of other bloggers and fashion insiders, dishes out his own thoughts on the state of the union, emphasizing "that anyone who dresses with the intention to get photographed will not get photographed by the right people." You'd do well to heed the advice of a man whose job it is to photograph the most stylish men in the world.
