This Barbour Dept. B shacket is perfect if you live somewhere that doesn’t have real winters. What’s a real winter? Does it snow? Does it get so cold that sometimes when you walk out your front door you just say to yourself, “Nope, not today” and turn right back around into the warm embrace of central heating and WiFi? If it just rains a lot or only gets down to, like, 40 degrees out, you don’t have a real winter. HOORAY! You can wear shackets like this one with its asymmetrical pockets with, at most, a vest and be nice and warm and cool looking. I realize that was a lot of meteorological for just a shacket, but shackets are apropos to very specific meteorological phenomena.
