This is a nine hundred and ninety five dollar M-65. Why buy a jacket that is a re-make of a jacket that you could probably buy much, much cheaper from Alphet Industries or something? BECAUSE IT'S JAPANESE AND OVERDYED BLACK, THAT'S WHY. Also, because it has the original Talon and Scovill zippers. If you don't know about Scovill zippers and Waterbury buttons and other garment ephemera, then you don't know shit about vintage. Like, do you even vintage, bro? How are you ever gonna amass a collection? Or, even better, an archive? I've already started mine. My girlfriend calls it a "severe hoarding problem."
