GQ's Best New Menswear Designers In America Preview Their GAP Collection

None

As you may or may not know, another year has gone by in the world of #menswear, meaning, once again, GQ has selected their favorite emerging menswear designers in America. And let's be honest, after last year's all star cast (Ovadia & Sons, Saturdays NYC, Ian Velardi, Mark McNairy and J. Lindeberg), this year's talent, outside of the Baldwin homies, seemed less than thrilling when the nominees were announced back in March. That in mind, shout outs to all of this year's nominees for doing they damn thing. You're blowing up. That's good. Fantastic.

Today, a sneak peek has been unveiled for what we can expect from this year's collaborative efforts between said nominees and you're favorite brand of 1997, Gap (you can go ahead and skip over that Aviator Nation hat). The Ernest Alexander backpack looks pretty solid and, like all of Baldwin's offerings, that cardigan is pretty much the definition of on point. We wish we could see more of the baseball jacket from Bespoken, but, I guess that's why they call it a fucking preview. The entire 37 piece should hit stores sometime this fall.
